Shipping

  • When will my order ship?

    All FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day Air and FedEx Overnight orders are processed and shipped within two (2) to three (3) business days during our standard business hours of 9 AM to 5:30 PM MST Monday-Friday. The typical delivery timeframe for FedEx Ground is seven (7) to 10 business days after the order is processed and shipped. The typical delivery timeframe for FedEx does not include the processing timeframe and also depends on the service selected. Shipping may be slightly delayed on US holidays and weekends.

    Orders shall be deemed delivered when the shipping carrier provides confirmation that the package was successfully delivered to the address you submitted during the checkout procedure. Pangea Organics is not responsible for non-receipt of orders that have been deemed delivered. Pangea Organics is also not responsible for non-receipt of orders due to failure to properly submit an accurate and complete shipping address during the signup procedure.

    Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Our domestic carrier is FedEx. The shipping timeframes provided during the checkout procedure are estimates only. The typical delivery timeframe for FedEx Ground is seven (7) to 10 business days once the order is processed. The typical delivery timeframe for FedEx 2nd Day Air or Overnight depends on the service selected. Shipping charges are determined by the number, weight and type of items ordered once the shipping carrier and service selected. We do not ship COD.

    Please be sure to provide a Physical Mailing Address as we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

  • How much is shipping & handling?

    Shipping rates are based on price thresholds starting at $8.95 for orders under $100.

Returns / Exchanges

  • Can I return/exchange sale items?

    Yes, we offer a 180 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. We accept returns, refunds and exchanges for all items, including sale items. Please contact support@pangeaorganics.com or call us toll-free at 1.877.679.5854 to request a return, refund or exchange. Upon correspondence you will be given additional information and details regarding your return, refund or exchange.

Billing

  • What payment methods can I use?

    The Pangea Organics Store will accept payment via Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover.

    We do not accept: CODs, Layaway plans, Personal checks, Cashier's checks, Money orders, Cash

  • My credit card was charged more than once, how do I get a credit?

    Each time your credit card is charged successfully, you will automatically receive a billing receipt via email.

    Please note that $1 authorizations are NOT charges to your account, and therefore, do not constitute a double billing. A single billing may consist of multiple authorizations.

    If you have received more than one receipt, please contact the Pangea Organics Store Support Team and we will promptly issue you the credit(s).

Website / Technical Issues

  • I've received an Address Verification error, what do I do?

    If you have received an error message when attempting to complete the registration process which states "We could not verify your Address/Zip Code. Please re-check your information and try again" AND you have tried entering your Billing Address exactly as it is displayed on your credit card statement, please try one of the following workarounds:

    - If your Billing Address uses a PO Box, please try entering the box number first. For example: "PO Box 123" should be entered as "123 PO Box"

    - If your Billing Address contains an Apartment/Suite Number, please try combining the Street Number and Apartment/Suite Number. For example: "12 Apple Street Apt 3C" should be entered as "123 C Apple Street"

  • Why isn't my International credit card being accepted?

    Please note the following regarding international credit card processing:

    Non-U.S. banks/issuers of credit cards do not support electronic address verification systems (AVS), which are used to help prevent credit card fraud. Authorizations are normally processed manually with a phone call placed by the merchant. However, the Pangea Organics Store Support Team does not make phone calls to obtain authorizations. Additionally, The Pangea Organics Store Support Team does not accept credit card information directly for processing. Please do NOT email your credit card information to the Support Team.

    If you receive repeated error messages regarding verification of your address, please make certain that the address you are entering into the registration form for "Billing Address" is exactly the same as the address where the credit card statements are received.

    If you are sure that the address you are using is correct and you are still receiving an error message, please contact the Pangea Organics Store Support Team by emailing support@pangeaorganics.com or calling us Toll-Free 877.679.5854.

  • Why isn't my US credit card being accepted?

    The first thing that you should check is that the "Billing Address" you entered into the checkout form matches the Mailing Address on your credit card statement. If it doesn't match exactly, then your order cannot be processed.

    Second, please be sure your credit card has credit available. If you are still having difficulty ordering, please contact the Pangea Store Support Team and a representative will assist you further.
