Pangea Organics is hiring a Part-time Lead Educator / Trainer in Boulder, CO. The ideal candidate is an outgoing individual with skincare knowledge who is smart, responsible and motivated to train, educate, represent & demonstrate products. This position will embrace and embody a passion and excitement for sharing product knowledge and educating others on skin health. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining Pangea’s Training/Education program and materials to align with Key Brand Strategies reflective of the Mission and Core Beliefs of the organization. Must have excellent verbal and written skills, and must be comfortable with public speaking.
Job Description: Lead Educator and Training Coordinator
Reports to: Sales & Marketing Director
Department: Sales & Marketing
Commitment: 15 - 20 hours per week
PURPOSE:
To educate and train New Employees, Sales Team and Retail Partners on our product line, policies and history
To serve as the main point of contact for all education queries from retailers and in depth consumer inquiries
To evolve the Training/Education Program as needed to align with Brand Newness and updated Brand Strategies
To perform duties and responsibilities reflective of the Mission and Core Beliefs of the organization
To be consistent and reliable with regular weekly hours
To support Field Sales Team
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Education / Training
Conduct monthly or weekly educational webinars
Train all New Employees, Sales Team and Retail Partners on the Pangea brand of products, brand concepts, and mission
Create and deploy regular and consistent communications to Field Sales Team (Reps and Demo Reps) with important product updates, key ingredient highlights and sales / education tips (how to use, merchandise, demonstrate, sell and talk about the products, etc.)
Develop Sales, Training/Education and Merchandising Tools to support the efforts and success of our Field Sales Program
Provide additional Marketing & Events Support when needed
Travel when needed
Field Sales Support
Order Processing in support of the Field Sales Team: Car Stock Orders, Rep Kits and Demo Supplies
Monthly Demo Payroll processing
Tracking, Analyzing and Reporting on all Demo Activity
Sales Tracking, Analyzing and Reporting in Quick Books, Microsoft Excel and the Whole Foods Vendor Portal
Forecasting and Budgeting National Demo Program and Field Sales Supplies
Provide an extremely high level of Customer Service to Consumers, Retail Partners and Field Sales Team alike
Respond timely, efficiently, thoughtfully and thoroughly to all inquiries related to training and in-depth product knowledge
Prepare, Manage and Maintain Sales and Marketing Collateral and Field Sales Support Materials
Assist in the execution of National Promotional Programs
REQUIREMENTS:

Competent computer skills: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, Adobe and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM), Go-To Meeting (Webinar), Constant Contact (Survey/Newsletter) and QuickBooks (Invoicing), a plus
Licensed esthetician preferred but not necessary
Light travel
