It started with the cleanser. The obsession, I mean - it started with Pangea Organics' Egyptian Calendula & Blood Orange cleanser. I was coming to the last use of a perfectly satisfactory if slightly unremarkable facial milk. It seemed innocent enough to try out the Pangea cleanser that had come nestled in Pangea's new promotional Radiance Gift Set.
Then, one day after a particularly painful bout of allergies, my eyes felt dry and itchy. Not able to find my usual aahh-inducing eye cream, I found myself flipping the lid open on the gift set's decidedly rustic feeling box, which by the way, can be planted to grow a full-sized Spruce Tree, should you really be feeling some earth-love, and reaching for Pangea's eye cream. I slicked it on lightly and promptly felt a little cooling tingle and a shot of moisture.
Finally, I write this post to all of you with Pangea's mask drying luxuriously on my face. I look sort of covered in vegetable puree, but because this is the second time I've used this bad-boy this week, I can tell you it's worth it. Never was a gift set so aptly named - for the past seven days my skin has been unrecognizably radiant: fewer blackheads, no new blemishes, and far less oily than usual. I'm always a little wary of gift-sets. Special price? Free shipping or samples included? They seem too-good-to-be-true. They must be skimping on something! It can't all work. It can't all be flawless. But here's your exclusive Beauty Blitz secret - it is. It all is!
