In-Store Brand Specialist in the Fetch Shop at Dairy Block (Denver, CO)

We're currently looking for a full time in-store Brand Sales Specialist for Pangea, Alpine Provisions, and Un Jeu D’Echecs.

Use your passion, product expertise, sales talent, and love for retail to lead an innovative store-within-a-store concept in the Denver, Colorado Dairy Block! The Sales Specialist will work closely with the Fetch Manager and Team along with Pangea’s SVP Sales to maximize sales through personalized customer care while providing friendly, knowledgeable service, and assisting product selection suited to customer’s individual and gifting needs. This person should have a love for organic Skin and Bodycare, Essential Oils, Castile Soap, Fine Fragrance, and Events.


  • - Approach all customers to enthusiastically describe, demonstrate, and suggestive sell our Pangea,, Alpine Provisions, and D’Echecs brands while thoroughly answering customer’s questions and meeting their immediate and hidden needs
  • - Plan and execute events to entice customer engagement with our brands


  • - Greet all customers who enter the store with enthusiasm
  • - Provide courteous, knowledgeable service
  • - Determine customers’ needs and suggest products to meet their needs
  • - Provide product demos for customers
  • - Participate in stocking inventory
  • - Complete all delegated tasks promptly and accurately
  • - Communicate inventory issues/concerns to Fetch Manager and Pangea SVP
  • - Assist in identifying opportunities within the store and possible solutions
  • - Be knowledgeable about Skincare, Essential Oils, and Fine Fragrance to support classes and events held in the store or 1 x 1 customer learning
  • - Utilize tools provided such as coupons, cosmetic bags, etc. to build current sales and encourage future purchases
  • - Be knowledgeable of Pangea and Fetch’s promotions and events
  • - Attend company and Fetch trainings
  • - Actively pursue additional product knowledge as needed
  • - Learn and follow all Pangea and Fetch policies & procedures


  • - Demonstrable competency in sales, product knowledge, service, and events
  • - Strong communication skills
  • - Flexibility to work scheduled hours: will include late afternoon, early evening, and weekend shifts. Demand of hours may fluctuate based on sales performance
  • - Ability to work independently and as part of the Fetch and Pangea teams
  • - Builds and maintains strong customer and store relationships
  • - Consistent and reliable attendance


  • - High school diploma
  • - 1 – 3 years of natural beauty retail experience preferred
  • - Believe in the benefits of organic and eco-friendly products
