When will my order ship?
All FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx 2nd Day Air and FedEx Overnight orders are processed and shipped within one (1) to two (2) business days Monday-Friday. The typical delivery timeframe for our standard FedEx Home Delivery is approximately two (2) to five (5) business days after the order is processed and shipped. The typical delivery timeframe for FedEx does not include the processing timeframe and also depends on the service selected. Shipping may be slightly delayed on US holidays and weekends. AK / HI / PR shipped via USPS at variable rate based on weight. Please be sure to provide a Physical Mailing Address as we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
Orders shall be deemed delivered when the shipping carrier provides confirmation that the package was successfully delivered to the address you submitted during the checkout procedure. Pangea Organics is not responsible for non-receipt of orders that have been deemed delivered. Pangea Organics is also not responsible for non-receipt of orders due to failure to properly submit an accurate and complete shipping address.
How much is shipping & handling?
Shipping & handling on orders over $100 is FREE. The shipping & handling cost varies with each shipping destination and shipping method and is based on the standard Fedex Rate Calculator and handling fees applied. USPS is offered as a more economical option but please note that USPS can have longer shipping times.
